How do I order?
Just browse through our website, select the item/s you like best, read the descriptions carefully, add to cart, and proceed to checkout! Once the order is placed, you’ll be given an order number. An email will also be sent to you regarding the details and status of your order.
What are the payment methods?
We accept bank and online transfers via GCash, BPI, and Unionbank. We don’t accept COD as of the moment. After placing an order, an email will be sent to you regarding the billing summary and payment details.
Once paid, kindly send us your order number and proof of payment via IG @ruirui.ph for confirmation.
How much are the shipping rates?
Each bag is packaged within a medium sized box for safety and security. Our standard shipping is via Gogo Xpress. The shipping rates below are based on the box size and the delivery location, and may change depending on the quantity of the bag. We do provide Free Shipping for orders Php 3,500 and above! ♡
Metro Manila – Php 120 per bag
*Special Luzon – Php 150 per bag
Provincial – Php 250 per bag
*Special Luzon rates apply only to the following areas:
Bacoor, Cavite
Imus, Cavite
Binan, Laguna
San Pedro, Laguna
Antipolo Rizal
Feel free to get in touch with us regarding multiple orders or if you would like to book your preferred third party courier. Just click on the “Third Party Courier (c/o customer)” from the shipping method options in the Checkout, and let us know of your preferred date and time of pickup via Instagram DM.
When will the order be shipped?
Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed to ship out your order and send you the tracking details via Instagram DM for your reference. Our shipping schedule is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
When is the estimated delivery of my order?
Metro Manila – 2-4 days from ship out date
Special Luzon – 4-7 days from ship out date
Provincial – 7-21 days from ship out date
Do you accept same day delivery?
Yes we do! Just click on the “Same Day Courier (Grab or Lalamove c/o customer)” from the shipping method options in the Checkout page and let us know of your preferred date and time of pick up via Instagram DM.
How do I care for my bag?
For the outside of the bag:
Use a microfiber cloth dipped in warm water with soap to remove unwanted dirt or stains. For deeper stains, we would recommend to bring the bag to a professional bag or shoe cleaner. Each Rui Rui bag comes with a dust bag for you to safely store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For the inside of the bag:
Store your make up in a separate pouch and ensure that all pens have caps to prevent any unwanted stains or scribbles on the interior of your bag.
